No company sits in the middle. Each line below is a thing you accept yourself.

  • You deal with a person, not a company

    ZEM introduces peers. Every ride, car, stay and load is a contract between you and them.
  • ZEM never holds your money
    required to transact
    You pay the other person directly. No escrow account, no refunds issued by ZEM.
  • No insurance is provided
    required to transact
    Cover comes from your own policy or the other peer's. Check it before you commit.
  • Verification is a signal, not a guarantee
    required to transact
    Documents are peer-shared and time-limited. Read them yourself before you trust them.
  • Location is shared while you broadcastCoarse position goes to peers only while you are online. Turn it off any time.
  • Cameras record both peopleDash cam and Zem Cam capture on your device. Tell your passenger before you record.
  • Zemi.ai gives estimates, not promisesPrices, routes and document reads are advisory. You decide the final number.
  • Dispute help is mediation onlyAI review is non-binding. Neither peer gives up any legal right by using it.
  • Your records stay yoursReceipts, reviews and documents are stored under your account and deletable on request.
